Emanuel, CEO, comes from a background in Energy Technologies and has since shifted his focus to Software Development, specializing in Embedded Systems. He thrives on connecting clients with consultants to solve complex technical challenges.

Emanuel's vision for Equalia is to create the consultancy company of the future alongside all his colleagues.

In his spare time, he can be found skiing, golfing, or cooking outdoors while exploring new adventures!

Fredrik, CEO, is an energetic and goal-oriented professional with a passion for engineering and smart homes. Armed with a master's degree in Innovation Management from KTH, he brings a blend of technical expertise and innovation to every project. He's ready to collaborate and turn visions into reality.

Gustav, COO, is an engineer with a strong work ethic and a passion for baking. Originally from Gränna in Småland and equipped with a master's degree in Applied Mechanics from LiU, he is dedicated and compassionate, aiming for excellence in all he does. He's committed to working together to achieve goals and add a touch of sweetness to the journey.
